This is a scan of an 1870's map of Oregon County, Missouri, showing public land survey boundaries, streams, and towns. A note states that this map was compliments of The Tribune newspaper of Thayer ("one dollar a year"). While undated, a handwritten note on the back mentions the year 1879, which is consistent with the placenames and post offices shown on the map.
